Lumi ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal wellness app that helps users navigate relationship anxiety through journaling, mood tracking, and guided grounding exercises. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Lumi does not require any account creation, phone number, or email to use the app. Your personal reflections, mood entries, memories, and journal content stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

• Your reflections, journal entries, or mood logs
• Photos or screenshots saved in your Anchors
• Contact lists, location, or microphone data
• Any personal or sensitive content

All content you create in Lumi is stored locally on your device using the device's on-device database. If you uninstall the app, your data is permanently deleted along with it.

Lumi uses a small number of third-party services to improve the app and process purchases. These collect ANONYMOUS data only — meaning the data is not linked to your identity.

1. Firebase Analytics (Google)
   • What: App screen views, button taps, anonymous device model, iOS version
   • Why: To understand which features are useful and fix bugs
   • Not linked to: your name, email, or identity
   • Opt-out: Apple's "Limit Ad Tracking" setting limits this data

   • What: Crash logs, device model, iOS version (when the app crashes)
   • Why: To diagnose and fix crashes

   • What: An anonymous RevenueCat user ID, purchase events, receipts
   • Why: To process your one-time Lumi Premium purchase and manage entitlements across reinstalls

We do NOT use any data for advertising or tracking purposes across other apps or websites. Lumi does not show ads, sell user data, or share information with data brokers.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Lumi Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment information according to their privacy policy — Lumi never sees your credit card or billing address. RevenueCat receives a receipt from Apple to validate your purchase.
