Lumi ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal wellness app that helps users navigate relationship anxiety through journaling, mood tracking, and guided grounding exercises. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Lumi does not require any account creation, phone number, or email to use the app. Your personal reflections, mood entries, memories, and journal content stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT

• The name you enter in Lumi, your phone number, or your address. If you choose to contact support, we receive the reply email and information you submit.
• Your reflections, journal entries, or mood logs
• Photos or screenshots saved in your Anchors
• Contact lists, GPS or precise location, or microphone data. Analytics may derive a general location from network IP information.
• Private journal content is not automatically included in analytics, crash reports or feedback links. Please do not submit sensitive journal or payment information in feedback.

All content you create in Lumi is stored locally on your device using the device's on-device database. If you uninstall the app, your data is permanently deleted along with it.

DATA COLLECTED ANONYMOUSLY

Lumi uses third-party services to improve stability, understand feature usage and validate purchases. These services process technical information and generated app-install or purchase identifiers. We do not attach the name entered in Lumi, journal text or saved photos to analytics or purchase records. Generated identifiers are not the same as complete anonymity.

1. Firebase Analytics (Google)
   • What: Screen and feature events, app-instance identifiers, device and OS details, app version, general location derived from network IP information, and purchase-related events.
   • Why: To understand which features are useful and fix bugs
   • Not linked to: your name, email, or identity
   • Advertising identifier collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Apple's advertising tracking settings are not an opt-out from operational analytics.

2. Firebase Crashlytics (Google)
   • What: Crash reports, stack traces, technical device/OS details, activity breadcrumbs and sanitized nonfatal operation-error reports.
   • Why: To diagnose and fix crashes
   • Not linked to: your identity

3. RevenueCat
   • What: An anonymous RevenueCat user ID, purchase events, receipts
   • Why: To process your one-time Lumi Premium purchase and manage entitlements across reinstalls
   • Not linked to: your name, email, or identity (uses an anonymous device-generated ID)

TRACKING FOR ADVERTISING

We do NOT use any data for advertising or tracking purposes across other apps or websites. Lumi does not show ads, sell user data, or share information with data brokers.

IN-APP PURCHASES

Lumi Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed by Apple's App Store. Apple handles your payment information according to their privacy policy — Lumi never sees your credit card or billing address. RevenueCat receives a receipt from Apple to validate your purchase.
